Debbie joined Park Strategies in January 2014 as a Vice President, with her primary responsibilities being directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our association management clients, the NYS Association of Town Superintendents of Highways (NYSAOTSOH) and Liquid Asphalt Distributors Association (LADA).
Since 1989, Debbie has held leadership roles for several non-profit trade associations such as the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association and New York Credit Union League. In these positions, she assumed responsibility for budget development and expenditures for education-based programs including managing and successfully developing, planning and executing statewide Legislative Receptions, Trade Shows, Fundraisers, Education Seminars, Annual Conferences, Golf Tournaments and Board of Directors retreats. In addition, Debbie has taught several courses for Schenectady County Community College in their Hotel Management and Culinary Curriculum.
She currently sits on the boards for the Empire State Society of Association Executives (ESSAE), SUNY Delhi and SCCC Tourism Advisory Councils.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from SUNY Cortland and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Recreation Leadership from Mohawk Valley Community College. She has also earned an Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) Designation with the United States Chamber of Commerce.
Debbie resides in Rotterdam NY with her husband, Philip Cassale.
