Prior to joining Park Strategies, Nora Boyle worked at Program and Counsel in the New York State Assembly. As a Legislative Analyst for the Committees on Housing, Veterans Affairs, Governmental Employees, and Governmental Operations, she honed her expertise in legislative analysis, budget negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and the overall legislative process in Albany.

While working for a national healthcare consulting firm, Ms. Boyle gained extensive experience collaborating with state governments on innovative solutions pertaining to their Medicaid and Medicare programs. She helped support states such as New York, Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin with creating more sustainable and efficient state healthcare policies.

During her almost nine-year tenure at an Albany-based government relations firm, Ms. Boyle developed a vital understanding of the world of lobbying. She led the healthcare practice team at the firm, working on issues including pharmacy, health insurance, healthcare labor relations, hospital system financing, independent physician practice issues, home care, and many others. She was also a partner at the firm for over three years. Ms. Boyle supports Park Strategies by bringing the skills, connections, and leadership needed to drive our healthcare practice forward.
