Christopher D’Amato

Partner, Executive Vice President & General Counsel  

Christopher D’Amato is a Partner as well as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Park Strategies. Mr. D’Amato serves as a lead consultant to clients and as their liaison with potential corporate partners, government entities, and other market participants. In these roles, Mr. D’Amato has focused his efforts on serving clients in technology, healthcare, real estate, energy, and procurement. He works closely with clients to develop strategic action plans related to business development and policy goals and assists them in executing against those plans. As General Counsel, Mr. D’Amato is responsible for vetting potential client engagements, and he assists in developing the work scope and terms of lobbying, consulting, and advisory relationships with clients. Mr. D’Amato is also the chief compliance officer to Park Strategies and oversees the firm’s federal, state, and local compliance reporting function. 

Prior to joining Park Strategies, Mr. D’Amato was a Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Northeast Regional Office in New York. Previously, Mr. D’Amato served for four years as an assistant district attorney in the Trial Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York.  

Mr. D’Amato has served on various corporate and non-profit boards, including a publicly traded company, and is currently the Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Kew-Forest School, a pre-K through Grade-12 independent school located in Queens, NY.
