Joanna Russo

Comptroller and Chief Administrative Officer 

Since the founding of Park Strategies in 1999, Joanna Russo has served as comptroller and chief administrative officer for our firm and our affiliates. Ms. Russo is responsible for the firm’s financial transactions, budgets and review, projections and analysis, tax compliance, and accounting procedures. She also oversees business operations for multiple offices, assists with contracts, and maintains records for the firm. Additionally, Ms. Russo serves as manager of employee benefits, payroll administration, and general human resources matters.  She further assists with all business insurance and investment issues related to the firm. Ms. Russo is a notary public and serves as treasurer and administrator of compliance for two political action committees.
