Prior to joining Park Strategies, LLC in January 2014 as a Vice President, Megan was an Associate at the lobbying firm Ostroff, Hiffa & Associates.

Megan has over seventeen years of government relations experience and has represented clients in legislative and regulatory matters at various levels of state government. She has developed valuable relationships with the Governor’s Office, the New York State Legislature and State agencies.

Megan’s access to key individuals, knowledge of the workings of New York State Government and ability to concisely explain complex legislative and regulatory issues provides her with the skills to effectively represent clients’ needs.

Megan has established a thorough understanding of the legislative, budget, and regulatory processes. She monitors the introduction and daily status of legislation, providing real-time updates on pertinent issues to clients. Megan also reviews various state agency bulletins as well as the NYS Register for new or amended regulatory initiatives.

Megan is skilled in legislative research, detailed budget analysis, drafting legislation, and crafting memorandum on specific policy issues impacting her clients. In addition, she oversees the administration of our association management clients.

Megan resides in Albany with her husband, Andy.
