(ALBANY, NY) — Park Strategies, one of New York’s premier consulting and government relations firms, is pleased to announce that Nora Boyle has joined the firm as Managing Director. Boyle brings decades of government relations and public policy experience to the Park Strategies team, further strengthening the firm’s growing health care and public sector practice.

Prior to joining Park Strategies, Boyle served in the New York State Assembly at Program and Counsel, where she played a key role in legislative analysis, budget negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and the broader legislative process. In this role, she provided policy support to several Assembly committees, including Housing, Veterans Affairs, Governmental Employees, and Governmental Operations.

Boyle also brings extensive experience working with state governments on innovative Medicaid and Medicare solutions. While working at a national healthcare consulting firm, she partnered with states such as New York, Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin to help develop more sustainable, efficient, and effective health care policies and programs.

Most recently, Boyle spent nearly nine years at an Albany-based government relations firm, where she built deep expertise in lobbying and advocacy. She led the firm’s health care practice, representing clients on a wide range of issues including pharmacy policy, health insurance, health care labor relations, hospital system financing, independent physician practices, and home care. As a partner for more than three years, she demonstrated strong leadership and strategic insight, skills she now brings to Park Strategies to support and grow its health care practice.
