He has also acted as general counsel to a more-than-$100-million technology company, has drafted and amended automotive franchise laws, and provided advice and counsel to development companies regarding multi-million-dollar construction projects.

Mr. Bove spent approximately 20 years working in the New York State Senate where he developed an excellent working knowledge of state and local government and the legislative process. In that time, he served as chief counsel and chief of staff to the NYS senate chairman of finance for 17 years and to Senator Simcha Felder for three years. He also served as chairman of the Cities Committee. Mr. Bove has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex issues with local governments, the state legislature, and the governor’s office on behalf of clients.
