Kevin Carmody

Legislative Director

Kevin Carmody is a legislative director at Park Strategies who brings extensive legislative experience from his role as legislative director and committee clerk at the New York State Assembly. There, he managed committee operations, drafted legislation, and handled budget processes.

During his time in the assembly, Mr. Carmody helped advance multiple pieces of legislation across a wide range of areas and successfully advocated for, and secured, various budget initiatives. While serving as committee clerk, Kevin advanced both the Chair’s priorities and those of committee members.
