An experienced government relations professional with vast expertise in her focus areas, Megan Osika is an invaluable resource to Park Strategies’ clients. Ms. Osika’s grasp of the complex legislative, budgetary, and regulatory innerworkings of New York State government and her extensive network of key contacts—from the Governor’s Office to the New York State Legislature—have enabled her to consistently deliver solutions and provide representation that serves her clients’ interests well.

As a vice president at Park Strategies, Ms. Osika handles various responsibilities in service of our clients and their unique needs. Some of these duties include monitoring the introduction and status of bills, reviewing various state agency bulletins (and the NYS Register for new/amended regulatory initiatives), conducting legislative research, analyzing the budget, drafting and advocating for or against legislation, and writing correspondence regarding policy/legislative issues.
