As an administrative assistant at Park Strategies, Vanita Mahadeo is essential to ensuring our internal operations run smoothly and our clients are served efficiently. In her role, she handles contracts management, scheduling, preparing internal communications, maintaining office supplies, creating filing systems, distributing mail, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Ms. Mahadeo is also responsible for all accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments. Formerly, Ms. Mahadeo worked as the executive assistant and acting manager of the New Guyana Company. Prior to that, she was a customer service representative for The Home Depot.
